This j...Thank you for sharing this sermon, LoraKim. This jumped out at me: "Life is too precious to spend it in guilt, shame, or blame. We need joyful and compassionate action, saying yes to truth, life, and love."<br /><br />Amen to that! <br /><br />(And I would just like to respond to the part where you said "None of us know the path that will...reverse climate change..." Until last year, I was honestly filled with despair about the future of our climate. But a friend told me about Citizens' Climate Lobby, I got involved, and now much of my despair has been replaced with hope, because I *am* seeing how we're going to get from here to there... where "there" = a net-zero-emissions future. I'm so impressed with what a smart, effective organization CCL is. My time is extremely limited, so I'm careful about how I spend it—and I enthusiastically recommend CCL. So do James Hansen and Bill McKibben, by the way. Lots of UUs are already involved... I encourage folks who may be reading this comment to check them out: http://citizensclimatelobby.org/. Okay, now my CCL plug is done. :)DOVE Projecthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11367829310734985332noreply@blogger.com
